I am a student pursing a degree in Film and would like to make some money while I'm in school to help pay for college. I have a baby brother that is 3 years old and I've helped to teach him good behavior, learn about the environment around him and all the basics that children need to learn in the first years of their life. I babysat all through high school, nannied for a family with two children for a few weeks during the a couple summers and did volunteer work at a local daycare that was the daycare I went to as a child. I am very good with children and children tend to love me. All the times I've babysat I've spent most of the time playing with the child, whether it be board games, pretend, you name it. Of course, if they are just hanging out and don't want much to do with me, that's perfectly fine too! I can nerd out on video games with them if that's what they like to spend their time doing. I know how to change diapers and handle babies. I am very patient so crying babies do not bother me. I do not have any certifications but I do know how to perform CPR, take care of sick children and handle emergency situations calmly.
