I grew up babysitting my two younger brothers who are now 14 and 12. My responsibilities growing up were always to cook, clean and taking care of the kids (making sure they were fed, clean & well taken care of). As i grew older during high school i took a valley rop child care class which helped me get more hands on experience with toddlers 3-5 y/o. During the course of this class my responsibilities included preparing meals for the children, cleaning up after them & and assisting them to become more independent; preparing them for elementary school.
