My name is Melanie, I'm 22 years old, and I am a mother of one 2 year old (: Before becoming a mom I volunteered at two different day cares with toddlers from 1-5 years old and I had such a great time! I would also volunteer at an after school program during the summer for kids 10 years and up. I eventually took a job at an in-home day care and was with them for 5 years and miss them very much. We would care for infants 6 months and up and also for toddlers up to the age of 6.
