Hello! I am a recent college graduate from Santa Clara University and am available to babysit , nanny , or tutor children of any age; I am here to help, whatever your needs may be! I have 9 years of babysitting experience and have nannied for 4 families in the past 5 years. I am a 'Certified Behavioral Technician' and my most recent job was as a Behavioral Interventionist working with children on the autism spectrum (trained for ABA therapy- applied behavioral analysis to treat children on the autism spectrum). My work as a Behavioral Interventionist has equipped me with a CPR certification, and tools to ensure the safety and well-being of every child I work with, no matter what their physical or mental capabilities may be. In addition to my certification, I have experience working at a K-12 summer kids sports camp in which I was responsible for the Read more well-being, safety, and education of 8 campers at all times. I graduated from Santa Clara University with my B.S in psychology with a double minor in public health and communications, focusing on neuropsychology (with some emphasis in developmental psychology). My choice in studies is very much reflective of my love of children, I find great joy and gratification working with kids and look forward to making a career of it. Let me tell you a little more about me (besides my studies)! - I am a dual citizen of the U.S & Italy and used to live there as a child -I speak English, Spanish, and Italian - I played four varsity sports in High School (Washington 2B State Soccer Champs 2 years in a row woot woot!)- soccer, basketball, track and tennis (I also LOVE to ski and did volleyball and cheer for a few seasons in HS as well) - I would bet anyone $100 that I have just as much energy as their kids - I wasn't allowed to watch TV until I was in HS and am a firm believer of keeping kids OFF the screens and outside staying active! - I would be more than happy to help tutor your kids in any subject, I am particularly skilled in the following -Math (anything up to advanced calculus and statistic) -Sciences (advanced biology, chemistry) -2nd Language ( italian or spanish) I will be in the Seattle Area until the 2nd week of January so please feel free to contact me if you are in need of a young, , fun, energetic caretaker of any kind, I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding my experience or availability

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
