I started been involve with children since the first time that I had the opportunity to mentor a class of first graders at my local elementary through Anaheim Achieves, a YMCA program. I noticed that by helping them in their homework and spending time with them their attitude on how they saw school was improving. That feeling of satisfaction made me want to keep mentoring children to do great things. Once my niece was born, I started to learn how to care for babies and I started to babysit other children. I felt comfortable feeding them, changing diapers, taking them a bath, and mainly playing with them. Since I started I have babysat children ranging from 3 months up to 11 years old. Mayra and her sister Esperanza were a delight to have at our outdoor wedding. They are very caring sisters who truly love hanging out with the kiddos. As our wedding got closer childcare was hard to find, Mayra responded within a day of my post and I couldn't have been more relieved. She was very respectful and listened to everything I needed at the wedding. I provided games and crafts for 13+kids ages from 1-11 and both girls kept them occupied and out of trouble.
