Hi, I'm Deb! I'm originally from Greensboro, NC, the eldest of three girls. I attended Dartmouth College and went on to Harvard for my MFA. After graduating in 2005, I've been working with kids and students of all ages, both as a babysitter and tutor, in NYC and then in LA starting in 2008. I love kids of all ages and love to make things fun! I love “crafternoons,” Shakespeare, projects, pretend, and activities of all kinds. Ultimately, fun for me is finding a way to engage with any child and explore their interests and curiosities with them. I’m a responsible driver with a long-standing familiarity with the city of Los Angeles, having lived in West Hollywood, mid-city, Pasadena, etc.—and now, Santa Monica.
