My name is Naomi Morton, I am a principal of a non profit preschool, that provides free child care to low income families in the North Bay. I have been working for this non profit since 2012, and find fulfillment, and purpose in the child development field. My passion in teaching is geared towards play based, and emergent curriculum, I believe children learn best through play and positive relationships with their caregivers. I currently have my AA in Child Development, and will return to school to get my administrative credential in Child Development. I am trained in the Teaching Pyramid, which focuses on teacher/student relationships to foster healthy social emotional growth in children, I am also currently CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your little ones.
