Hi, I'm Ms. Jen! After raising my 3 children, while running a home-based business, I missed nurturing and caring for young children. I started working as a teacher's aide in an infant room at a childcare center and fell in love. I enrolled in college and quickly became a lead teacher and eventually assistant director of an 80+ student childcare center. As an assistant director, I had hands-on experience with children ranging from 4 months to 11 years old. I am now interested in a nanny/babysitter role because it will allow me to provide a higher level of care. I will be able to focus on one child or family at a time, create customized learning experiences, and build strong, lasting relationships that support emotional and developmental growth.
