I can’t say enough good things about Shayna as my pet sitter! From the very beginning, she made me feel at ease with her warmth and genuine love for cats. She took wonderful care of my two feline companions, carefully following all my instructions and taking time to play with them and give them plenty of cuddles. Shayna sent me daily updates and the sweetest photos, which made me smile and reassured me that my cats were happy and content. When I came home, the cats were calm, well-fed, and obviously enjoyed her company. It’s such a relief to know I can count on Shayna—she truly treats my cats like her own!

She meticulously provides updates on a pet boarding app with pictures and updates that help you stay connected to your pet while she takes great care of them. Our dog mavery loves being with Shayna and other dogs that he meets under her care. Mavery is so excited to see Shayna when we drop him off. He wags his tail and runs to her as soon as he sees her. Shayna is amazing! I’ve used her services for a couple years. I have an elderly dog with medical needs and hate having to leave her when I go out of town. They came home calm, in great spirits and I could tell they were well taken care of as sometimes my boys get stressed when I have left them with other sitters. I found Shayna on here and we set up a free in-person meet-and-greet with her and my two cats before deciding to go with her for pet sitting over 10 days during the Christmas break. Shayna was a great communicator, did everything we discussed during each visit, she was trying to engage with the cats even when they were a little lazy and tired of playing which I really appreciate. She sent us updates and pictures during every visit. 10/10 recommend working with Shayna and she will be my go-to pet sitter from now on!

Shayna took care of our furbabies (3 cats and a senior dog) over Christmas 2018. We trusted her not only with our pets, but also with our home as overnight care was needed. She did an exceptional job! She sent retailer updates with photos, cleaned the cat boxes twice a day, and even left a dog cookie for our good boy. I would 100% hire her again!
