I am a single mother with a 16 year old son. Now that he’s grown, I would love to care for younger children again. As a mother, I believe I am qualified for younger children because I raised a child from new born to 16. I also worked with children while in college. I ran a community Center, Westpark, which offered after school programs for kids with no where to go after school as well as a Summer Camp for ages 5 to 17. After graduating college, I became the Program Director at a Boys & Girls club, where I again created an after school program for kids who had nowhere to go after school and created Summer Camps for kids aged 5 to 17. I’m very good with kids as well as creative and athletic, which comes in handy when working with kids.
