I babysit mostly every day with my mother, I have 6 nephews/ nieces with one more on the way that I see daily and watch them while my sisters go out or do attends, so far they all like me which is good because I want to be their favorite uncles, I've changed diapers and work well with kids. The oldest age I had to watch is my nephew who's 8 but I had also volunteered at my old middle school after school program and watched and made sure they did their homework till their parents came
