Hello my name is Nancy Michelle, I am currently working towards landing a teaching job working in early education. I have gained much of my knowledge and experience working for families in my mother's inhome childcare of over 20 years. My responsibilities where to check in the kiddos, serve breakfast and snack time, and most of all spend quality time with them i.e. outdoor play, arts and crafts, and teaching them as much as possible from ABCs, writing their names, etc. My favorite part of working with children is seeing everyone's growth, from physical, mental, social,, and emotional. I love being a part of such a pivotal time in these kiddos lives, which is why I strive to dedicate my time and career in making a difference in these little peoples lives.
