Aloha! Thank you for checking out my profile. I'm an experienced nanny and teacher. I believe every child is a genius and love helping children grow. I plan engaging activities that help children develop their interests, skills, and confidence. I am happy to tutor, navigate challenging subjects, and explore topics that augment their educational experience. My childcare experience started in college when I would volunteer at my church's preschool program on holidays and summer break. I love working with kids, and have a lot of experience with enrichment activities (crafts, sports, reading, mathematics, language, and science). After being a nanny for 1.5 years, teaching for 20 years and raising my little boy, I am comfortable with all sorts of situations from taking care of infants, potty training toddlers, visiting museums, and tutoring all levels. I am CPR/First Aid certified for adults, children, and infants. I also have training in RIE, Read more Montessori, and NCS. Currently, I am looking for a full time position.
