I have taken care of children for years. I have a younger brother and sister that I have taken care of before. I grew up in the Boys & Girls Club and was the oldest member at my site so I was able to help and volunteer there through most of high school. My first summer out of high school I worked with the Boys & Girls club with children ranging from grades k-12. I assisted the children with summer schoolwork and helped facilitate summer activities that promotes creativity and an active lifestyle. As a recent college graduate, I currently work with a company that teaches after school science classes that are both fun and engaging for children in elementary schools.
