Serenity was great! She was very responsive to our messages, set us time to talk through needs and expectations early on, and was very punctual when arriving. Our son absolutely adored Serenity. He loves to play play play and talk talk talk, and she was able to match his energy level while keeping him engaged in meaningful conversation. We will confidently be working with Serenity again in the future, she’s great!
