Greetings Families & Loved Ones, My name is Dezaray and here is my childcare background: I first started working with children at my church's Nursery when I was 13 years old. I then helped raise four of my aunt's children while on summer and winter breaks in my early teen years. In my high school years I was picking up one-off babysitting jobs throughout my neighborhood. And by my mid 20's I was picking up repeat clients for 2-3shifts a week. By 2016 I finally decided I wanted to pursue working with children as a career and began Early Childhood Development coursework at Saddleback College, California. While completing coursework during Spring & Fall, I was able to work at a world-renowned Summer camp in between semesters in 2017. In 2018, I shifted my academic focus from strictly becoming a preschool teacher, to beginning the coursework needed to obtain a degree Read more in Speech Pathology. This is my ongoing passion, and what I work on online part time until I can complete the required graduate program needed to be nationally certified. Since leaving my last payroll nanny position in 2017, I have been fortunate to gain experience as a live-in nanny for durations of 2-4months in cities like San Francisco, Bend OR, & Colorado Springs.
