We reached out to Alicia in a panic, our original child care plans had changed and needed somebody the next day. Alicia was responsive, and communicated wonderfully. Even got us in touch with a reference within minutes. She was prompt on the day of, and communicated throughout. She successfully fed two babies (8 and 17 months) solids, dinner, and did bath and night time routines. She quoted us a fair price for the last minute nature of the request, and was professional and communicative the entire time. Would definitely use her again if/when we're in the area!
