Hi my name is Kayla Uribe. I am a 20 year old full-time student attending Cal State East Bay majoring in Health Science in hopes to further my career in Radiology. I have always worked with kids & have loved doing so for as long as I have been partaking children care, as I worked as a RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) for 2 years working with children diagnosed with autism ranging from the ages 2-18. I have also worked as a play instructor, tutor & teacher with an after school. Outside of company jobs I have had the great honor of coaching & giving lessons for softball, as I played for more than 10 years. I also worked with my churches daycare (kingdom kids). As I have worked with children with many different personalities & behaviors, there would be no concern in capability with your child/children. While working with children Read more I've grown to learn a lot about behavior, as I was trained to pick up on certain behaviors and responses. As an RBT, I made sure ensure the parents that I am not just there to work on just their case (learning to wash hands, communication, life skills, etc.) but get them ready for what life has ahead of them and get them to understand and reach the capabilities they can reach :)
