Hi, my name is Melanie. I am currently a stay-at-home mom trying to get back into the child development/education field. I hold a BS degree in Behavior Science and have almost five years experience with children (3-18 yrs. old) with developmental and learning delays - more specifically, Autism. Of the five years I worked at a Non-public school, I worked as a Behavioral Technician for two years, and Supervising Behavioral Technician for the remaining three years. Some of my experiences include, Applied Behavior Analysis, Discreet Trial Training, and Picture Exchange Communication System. I am fluent in English and understand Tagalog. Above all else, I'm a mother of two. I understand the struggles that come with being a parent, but with a little patience, guidance, and a lot of love, we can all work towards a common goal - raise and nurture our children to live confident and competent lives.
