My name is Kelly Fletcher and I have been watching children for over 20 years. I love being with children and letting them get how incredible they are. I have been a teacher for the past 12 years in grades K-12 and I loved being with ages 5-10 and most recently with ages 12-17. Recently I watched my three year old cousin and was told he didn't speak to anyone. After letting him play on my cousin's iPad and allowing him to make chess moves, he started to communicate with me and became my best friend.
