With my experience within the field of working with and without children with developmental disabilities I’ve learned it’s all about trust, routine and structure all qualities in which I’ll provide with the upmost respect for each child and as well as the family in which I’m working for. For 5 years I've worked with adults and children with disabilities. I needed something more flexible as I have a 4 year old daughter so I decided to start babysitting and its been great for me until the pandemic hit. As so many others I lost my job since the mother I was working for lost hers. PLEASE note that I can only babysit from my home, like many family’s I cannot afford childcare for my daughter which is why I’d need to babysit from my home.
