I have always had a passion for working with children stemming from helping my mother raise my three siblings. I am outgoing, creative, patient and caring with a natural ability to connect with youth/children of all ages! I have my own car and a clean driving record, as I am a particularly cautious driver. I have a BA in Child Development/Psychology with 2+ years of preschool teaching experience and 2 years of working with youth in a group home, plus 5 years of nanny experience. I am located in West Hollywood with open availability. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out.

I booked Mel last minute when the original sitter had to decline due to scoring an entertainment gig. Turned out to not be a very considerate or mature person. I had an automobile issue and got stuck on the other side of town which effected my return time and the ability to relieve her of watching my kids at the time we initially agreed upon. I made sure she was paid accordingly and was still pleasant towards her. I regret the mishap but it was out of my control. She seemed understanding at the time but ended up not being understanding. She also refused to offer up any babysitting client references in the day of which I found odd. She seemed ok with my kids but I dislike her lack of professionalism.
