About me: I am a dedicated and compassionate nanny with a genuine love for children. With 6 years of experience, I have had the privilege of nurturing and caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development. I prioritize creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Experience: Last summer, I worked as a full time nanny, at a 6 month position, with a family of three children; 9 years old, 3 years old and 1 year old. Responsibilities included providing full-time care for all three children (during the summer & two children during the school year). Tasks included feeding, bathing, engaging in educational and recreational activities, and helping tidy up after the kids. Activities included going to the library, going to the park, reading books, doing Read more art, science and baking projects, setting up creative outdoor/ indoor play, etc. Since 2017, every winter (Dec- May), I have been coaching children to release their fear, to embrace their strength, to love and accept themselves and others though skiing and snowboarding in Kirkwood Vail resorts. I have also worked for 4 years in afterschool programs with school aged children and daycares with toddlers and young children, specializing in creating stimulating, explorative, nurturing, supportive environments as well as teaching Art and Yoga. Lastly, I am “Adult, Child and Infant CPR, First Aid & AED” certified, have my covid, TDAP and other vax vaccinations and have a good handful of ECE credits. I look forward to meeting with you to see if this would be a good fit. Warmly, Yelena
