Hello, parents! I live Morgan Hill and have ample time for OCCASIONAL care on Monday and Friday mornings and afternoons, Friday and Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. I'm also available to assist at children's parties, field trips and events, supervise playgroups and weekend travel or overnights. I am only able to post a few weeks consecutive availability at once, but I usually plan two months available hours at once, so please feel free to inquire about dates beyond the month you see posted! I'm very experienced with infants and children from 3 months to six years of age. I enjoy spending time with children who appreciate crafts, books, time outside, sciences, building and cooking. I also have extensive experience teaching children ages 3-8 to read confidently, and would be very happy to aid struggling readers in our time together. I provide a careful balance of time indoors and out (regardless of rain or wind), and love to watch children cultivate new interests and skills during our time together! I am also very, extremely, super pet friendly (mammals, rodents, birds, fish, reptiles, even some insects) and would love to meet a few regular, local families with sweet fur babies to add to the mix. During my time with children, I focus exclusively on the child— I do not perform any domestic tasks such as washing family dishes, folding laundry, cleaning kitchens or bathrooms, etc. I handle any messes made throughout the course of my time with children, and fully expect children who are able to walk to aid in putting away toys and books, wiping up crumbs and carrying dishes to be washed at the sink. I encourage a great deal of autonomy and accountability in young children and am often described by parents as "firm but fair." I believe and have always seen that children are capable of a great deal, and when we are together, I push them to meet that potential in diverse ways! Please feel free to take a look at my reviews and read through my profile. I prefer to have the opportunity to thoroughly interview AND meet with a family before accepting a booking, to make sure we are a good fit before we commit our time to one another. This also is a chance for your children to meet me so that I am a familiar face, rather than a stranger! I have a four hour minimum and a small deposit each request, and prefer not to have occasional bookings of more than 6 hours in duration.

Where do I begin? Elaina was a true gift over the last few months, we are very fortunate to have care and presence in our home over the last few months caring for our 8 month old until she got a spot a daycare. Elaina is very knowledgeable regarding baby development, and each day she has age appropriate activities ready for my baby. The bond they created in a short amount of time was precious to watch. Elaina very clearly loves children, and create a very safe, nurturing, and fun environment for littles. She is always on time, flexible, and dependable. I am also very impressed by Elaina’s commitment to expanding her knowledge in the care children. She would often share tidbits of trainings she attended on her off days— a baby led weaning class and car seat technician training. As a new mom, someone with this background knowledge for me to tap into was so wonderful. All in all, we are so grateful for the care Elaina provided and recommend her highly!

We have been beyond blessed having Erica take care of our 19-month-old son for the last 6 weeks. She reads him book after book, she plays with blocks and cars and chases him around until they are both cracking up laughing. She handles his lunch, bath time, and nap time every day (and he is not an easy one to nap for most people). What I was really amazed with was her level of engagement with him. My husband and I work from home and we could hear her talking to him and laughing with him all day. He asks for her and talks about her constantly when she's not here and we were heartbroken when our local daycare had a spot open up for him. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for their child.

I’m a registered nurse going back to school full time to receive my BSN. I have completed my maternity and pediatric rotations. I have worked at an elementary school for three years. I also completed my community health practicum at an elementary school, shadowing a school nurse. I have my Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate, ACLS and BLS. I have always had a passion working with kids and would love to specialize in maternity caring for mothers and newborns or in pediatrics. I also speak and read in Spanish.

Hello, my name is Laura. Thank you so much for checking out my profile. Below are a few details, but feel free to reach out if you think I’d be a good fit for your families needs. My current schedule allows for me to babysit after 5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays and Sundays I have open availability. I may have some flexibly in my schedule so, please let me know what your needs are. I have my bachelors degree in Social Science and am currently enrolled in my Masters program in HR Management. I have been a nanny/babysitter for over 10 years. I have taken care of kids 6month and up. Primarily, I mostly do date nights, but I have also been a nanny as well. I currently have a handful of babysitting positions that are just on call and I do have a family that I nanny for sporadically. Most of the families that I currently have worked for I have been with for over five years. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my family. My husband and I bought a house in Morgan Hill in 2018 and enjoy the area. We also have a dog name, Zoey Emma, who we love and take everywhere. I currently work full-time in HR, but enjoy babysitting on the side. Given some of the relationships I have been able to build over the years with different families, it brings great joy to watch the kids grow up and be a part of their journey! Feel free to reach out with any question.

INTRO: Hello! My name is Ana Mariela. I am a nurturing person, and enjoy caring for children, witnessing them discover the world, and supporting their development through playtime and healthy eating. I especially love fostering a connection to nature. I have completed a background and driving record check, with a clear status, I have my own transportation, and am vaccinated. EXPERIENCE: I have experience working with infants, toddlers, pre-school, school-age, and teens. As the second oldest child of four, and a sibling 15 years younger than me, I learned to take care of my younger siblings at an early age. Through out college I worked with school kids and youth in afterschool enrichment programs, including tutoring. Since 2020, I have been supporting families, including first-time parents with childcare needs, as they transitioned from office to work-from home jobs. I have enjoyed learning about early child development methods, and utilizing dynamic practical learning methods to fit the unique needs of every child. It takes a village to raise children, and I am proud to be a nanny and part of the extended family that supports children's overall wellbeing. I look forward to learning about your family, parenting style and needs, and helping you care for your children. MORE ABOUT ME: I grew up in Santa Cruz/Monterey County. I am a graduate from UCSB and I am passionate about being of service. I have a career of 10+ years in nonprofit management and corporate philanthropy, that I put on hold to help with our family strawberry farm and care for my grandmother, then supporting friends with child care during the pandemic. Since then childcare has become my joy and passion. My husband, cat and I moved to Gilroy in 2020, and welcomed our first child in 2025. I currently care for children, along with my son. A new venture as a mom I’ve enjoyed, in raising my own while working with a family who shares the same values of raising kids in a community. I am humbly at your service.

Ana took care of our 1 year old son. We were looking for temporary help a few hours per day a few days a week. Ana was wonderful and she was flexible with our busy and unpredictable schedule. We could always rely on her. She was great with him, playing and singing to him, with blw feedings. Happy to recommend her!

I have been a private career nanny for multiple families (for ages 7 months and up) for over 14 years now, as well as a daycare teacher assistant and an Au Pair. I connect very well with children; I enjoy working with the magical little beings because I’m inspired by their contagiously high-spirits and spontaneous creativity! I offer children an abundance of presence and play. I encourage nature-based exploration, creativity cultivation, and problem-solving. I draw inspiration from elements of alternative education philosophies, but I’m mostly interested in letting the child lead while I provide the appropriate boundaries and guidance. Each child is so unique, and my goal is to facilitate their unfolding. I would be a good fit for your family if you are looking for a responsible nanny with a good heart, an authentic appreciation for kids, and someone who will provide a positive contribution to their development.

Jaynelle has been the nanny of our four children ages 2, 6, 8, & 10 for the past two years. We could not be happier to have found such a caring, responsible, attentive, fun loving person to watch over our children. Our three boys and their younger sister absolutely adore her, as do we. We could not say enough good things about Jaynelle and her quality of care. We will dearly miss having her around as she has been such a positive influence on all of our children. She is genuinely one of the nicest most sincere people you will meet. Unfortunately for us Jaynelle will be relocating to Narragansett. Let our loss be your gain. If you are considering hiring a person for a child care / nanny position Jaynell comes very highly recommend.

Hi families! My name is Ivy, and I’m a CPR-certified caregiver with experience working with children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to middle schoolers. I’ve worked at a daycare caring for infants and toddlers, with hands-on experience in diaper changes, feeding routines, naps, and soothing. I’ve also taken on temporary infant-care roles, allowing me to adapt quickly to different family routines and needs. In addition, I currently work as an after-school teacher, supporting 1st–8th graders with homework and activities, and I’ve volunteered teaching English to children abroad. I’m patient, reliable, and focused on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I’m also comfortable around pets, so furry family members are always welcome!

Ivy did an excellent job caring for our five children, ranging from toddler to middle school age. She handled a busy household with patience, energy, and professionalism. The kids were happy and well cared for, and she managed snacks, activities, and homework support seamlessly. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable hands. She is dependable, warm, and attentive—definitely someone I would hire again and highly recommend to other families!

I truly love caring for kids, it comes naturally to me. I enjoy building relationships with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. Watching kids learn, play, and grow brings me a lot of joy, and I love being someone they can count on. I’m a single mom of three amazing kids (including twins!), and I’ve been caring for children for over a decade. I have experience with all ages, from infants to preteens, and I’m especially comfortable with neurodivergent children and kids with big feelings or unique needs. Alongside raising my own, I’ve cared for other families’ children as well, including other sets of twins. I have hands-on experience with infants, including babywearing, cloth diapering, and baby-led weaning. I’m familiar with the needs of autistic and ADHD children, and I use a gentle, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach. While I’m not currently CPR certified, I do know CPR and am happy to get certified if needed. Feel free to ask for my driving record or a background check. I’m calm under pressure, attentive, and I know how to meet kids where they’re at.
