I have years of experience in working in culturally diverse places; I have had jobs ranging from teaching, to waitressing, to caring for people. I am bettering myself in leadership roles from past job experiences and gaining better skills in communication and service to others with my present job. Having worked in large classrooms as a student teacher, I see that I have great directional leadership, as well as patience. I come in contact with many different people and can quickly adjust to meet there needs for excellent service. I have attained excellent childcare skills over the years at the university as well as in the field. As a caregiver, part of the job is listening and observing. It is my job to not only teach, but to learn from the children themselves. You can expect me to be a hands on sitter/nanny, critical thinker and be able to learn Read more and form new ideas, while giving direction and supervising the little ones. In addition, I show excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in performing tasks, while meeting standards of this position. With previous knowledge and skill in educating and assisting others, and a positive attitude, I would be a great asset if selected to be of service. Thank you for your consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
