About Me: Hi, I’m Jaila Wells! I have over five years of experience working with children, including as a nanny and in special education settings. My background includes working with children of all ages and abilities, including those with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. I’m currently an Able TA for Arlington ISD, where I support students with special needs in an academic and behavioral learning environment. I’m also working toward my teaching certification to become a full-time special education teacher. My training includes behavior management strategies, child development principles, and specialized support for children with autism and other learning differences. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for the children I care for.
