HI! My name is Giovanna, I’m 21 years old and I’m from São Paulo, Brazil. I’ve decided to move to the United States—any city—because I believe we can exchange cultures and learn a lot from each other. My English is intermediate, and I’m always working to improve it. I’ve always loved children and babies. When I was in high school, I did volunteer work at a daycare, taking care of children between 2 and 7 years old. I helped with meal preparation and looked after them throughout the day. During the pandemic, I cared for a baby from 3 months old until he turned 1 year. I also know how to swim—I’ve been taking swimming lessons since I was just 8 months old, thanks to my mom! I have great respect and affection for children. My availability is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. However, I’m flexible and can adjust the schedule if needed. Additional information: I have a driver’s license, but I don’t have a car yet. So, if the children need to be taken to school, activities, parks, or the supermarket, I might need a little help with transportation. I live near a supermarket and I’m happy to help with anything you need. I’m still in Brazil at the moment, but I’m available to travel as early as next week if needed.
