I have a little girl and after I had her I realized what a passion I have for caring for children. I've never felt anything come more naturally to me. I feel like I understand children and I fully appreciate how important everything they learn every day can impact who they are. I believe you should appreciate each child for their strengths and every trait they have should be put in a positive light. A baby isn't fussy; they are communicating a need. A child isn't hyper; they're enthusiastic. Depending on your preference and scheduling, my daughter and I go do fun things all the time. We go to the museum, zoo, parks, anything we can. Otherwise, I am available without my daughter on select days as well. I also would like to mention that I am calm when danger happens. It's so important to keep your head and not Read more scare the children with your reaction. When my baby niece was choking, four other moms were hysterical and didn't know what to do. I knew after a finger sweep it wasn't coming out and did the baby Heimlich. It came out on the second thrust. I understand how difficult it must be to entrust your child's care to someone else, and I would be honored. It's a huge responsibility and I can't possibly articulate how important it is to find a good match, but I know that I am more qualified than many. This isn't an easy job and it's more important than many other jobs in my opinion. Not just anyone can do it. Children are my calling and I will take very good care of anyone that is put in my care.
