Meet Jayme

The last seven years I have supported large childcare centers. I have developed strong communication skills and built community within the teaching staff. For example, one of my main duties is work with teachers on their professional development. I setup trainings for teachers for our monthly meeting. I introduce teachers to Colorado Shines and use different resources to help them with their ECT qualifications. I also train teachers in the classroom with a new hire training material that I have created. At the Goddard we have high standards for QA and Licensing. I spend much of my time in the classroom teaching students and modeling. I currently own a small in home child care and looking for opportunities on the weekends or date night help!
