Hi! My name is Jaime and I am a compassionate nanny with 5 years experience in full-time and as-needed care giving to children ages 0-10. I have provided babysitting for a year and a half to two children with disabilities and full-time nannying for a girl aged 11. I am a certified WSI and have taught swim lessons for more than two years to kids ages 0-17. I volunteered in two different classrooms with students aged 3-9, where I instructed reading for ESL students in reading and writing. I completed a week of full-time travel nannying and household managing for a family with two twin 6-year-old boys. I spent last summer working as a full-time, overnight camp counselor during which I provided 24/7 care for up to 8 children. Last school year, I tutored two 5th grade girls in a comprehensive after school program focused on innovation through the ed Read more program at CU Boulder. Most recently, I was a part-time nanny for a family with children ages 8, 11, and 14. I have worked as a childcare driver for about a year for families with sons ages 10-12. This summer, I was a full-time nanny for an adorable 18 month old girl. I provided full care, including feeding, changing, bathing, dressing, and facilitating nap time. Together, we also attended story time and go on adventures to places like the aquarium and zoo. I am high energy and have a passion for learning. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and am a Norlin Scholar at CU Boulder. I love to engage in creative and educational activities. I enjoy a range of applicable activities including fun days in, exciting adventures out of the house, chores, driving, and errands. I am always reliable and punctual. I believe children should be encouraged, validated, challenged, and most importantly, loved! I do not rely on media for child care and prefer to spend time engaging with the wonderful real world. I will be living in Fargo this summer for an internship with the USDA and am looking for one or two nannying positions. I would love to help out! I am looking for $13 p/h.
