I have been caring for families for the past 8 years. I've had as young as 3 months to as old as 80+. I have lots of experience within the special needs community including, working with an occupational therapist off and on for the past 8 years, several nannying positions with families with children who have developmental disabilities, and work at a day center for adults with developmental disabilities. I also have experience with toileting, feeding, and some lifting. This past school year I worked as a substitute teacher at a school in the preschool and 2-4 graders at least a couple times a week.
