Hello! My name is Danica and I'm a 25 year-old marketing professional living and working in Boulder. I'm the oldest of 4 kids and growing up, spent a lot of time taking care of my younger siblings. In 2017, I spent several months working as a full-time nanny for a family in Plymouth, MI. I am naturally really creative and imaginative and find that that helps me relate well to kids. My strategy when babysitting sounds funny, but it's really true: treat kids like the humans they are. Acknowledge their feelings and fears, treat them with respect and dignity, and understand that bad days happen, everyone is in process, and have patience for that.
