Hi! My name is Madden and I am a 26-year old female graduate student looking to be a regular sitter/nanny or to pick up some odd jobs here and there for you and your family! I have babysat and nannied for most of my teenage and adult life (10+ years) and have experience with most ages (other than infant). I value safe, fun and educational activities centered around the outdoors, creative expression (art, music, dance, cooking, etc.), and science. In addition to childcare, I am also interested in helping with cooking, cleaning, laundry, pet care, and other desired chores. Here are some examples of my childcare experience: - Spent 2 summers nannying for an 8 y/o boy and 10 y/o girl. - Tutored elementary, middle, high school and college-aged students in various subjects and specifically have tutoring experience working with dyslexic and autistic teen (15 and 16 y/o). - Worked Read more as a camp counselor at outdoor education children's camps at the North Carolina Arboretum (ages 4-14) and at Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camps (ages 10-17). I typically charge $23/hour +2/hr for each additional child. I have babysat off and on in the past few years due to being busy with my degree, but I have a much more open schedule as of recent. I have weekly engagements that I DO NOT have flexibility with: Tuesdays 6:00am-9:00am, Wednesday 2:30-5:30, Thursdays 3:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00, otherwise my schedule is quite open. Finally, I will be gone for a high altitude research study in California September 9th-26th, but I am happy to connect prior to this.
