I graduated in May 2014 with honors from Keene State College, Majoring in Early Childhood Education and Sociology with a Minor in Anthropology. I have been working with children for 10 plus years in a variety of care giving roles. While in college I took the role as lead teacher in a preschool and second grade classroom as apart of my Student Teaching experience. As a lead teacher I was responsible for managing routines, creating the curriculum, and engaging with parents and family members. With my Early Childhood degree I feel confident in my skills with children from birth to 8 years old. I have studied children's development and with that am aware of their skills and the goals that children should be reaching. I am a kind, enthusiastic, and creative person, I have great communication skills and have a love for the outdoors. I grew up in Maine, with Read more that developed a passion for all things related to nature. I am currently a nanny in Summit County for twin 1-year-old boys. The family I work with is leaving for the month of September and I would love to continue my work with children while they are away. I am available full time Monday through Friday, I have my own transportation and am comfortable with pick up's and drop off's and taking the children on outings! September is a great time to live in Colorado and I would love the opportunity to work with children providing them with fun, engaging, educational activities!
