Hello! My name is Ally, and I am passionate about working with children and creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for them to grow and thrive. I have hands-on childcare experience as a Lead Certified Teacher at Primrose School of Parker, where I design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and foster strong communication with both parents and children. My classroom management and organizational skills allow me to provide structure while keeping learning fun and interactive.
