Hello! My name is Yvette, I am a full-time Licensed School Counselor. I have worked in education for the last 4 years, ranging from elementary to high school students. Before this, I worked as a Social Worker, where I consistently worked with children and families as well! I made the transition to education after I moved to Colorado! Outside of my full-time job, I am also a dance teacher for kids (ages 5 - 18) at a local dance studio and am CPR certified. I have also babysat for friends, family, and coworkers over the years as I worked my way through college and grad school! I’m hoping to transition into this during my summers, as I have the time off, and enjoy working with kiddos! Anything from field trips, arts & crafts, learning, being active with them, while also providing a safe space physically and emotionally!
