Kenadie and I spoke for a week prior to setting a time to meet. We both agreed on pay, days, timing and asked questions. When it came to time to meet, she text me two hours prior saying she was sick and asked to reschedule to a time two days later. I appreciated her not meeting while sick and we again confirmed the time and place. I have a baby and toddler. She no call/no showed me at the park and chose to stop responding to the texts when asking if she was on her way or having a hard time finding the park. It is so rude and uncaring to no call/no show let alone a mom with littles who had previously shared she needed consistency as well as was nervous with someone watching my 4 month old. If she didn’t want the job anymore that’s fine but this was the most disrespectful way to get that information across. I also waited a day to post this still with no contact from her.
