My name is Kayde Baker, and I've been caring for children for the last ten years of my life. My most recent position was being a nanny for a sweet three year old boy named Mason. My daily activities with him were focused around learning activities such as memorization and number/letter association. Previously I was an Assistant Teacher at the Parent's Day Out program in Memphis, Tennessee. I was blessed to work with some very gifted, special needs children and cared for a class of fourteen while maintaining a strict lesson plan.
