Hi! Thanks for reading my profile! My name is Katrina and I've babysat children for the past 12 yrs including overseas in France for 8 months as an Au Pair (a live-in nanny) and last year on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've cared for children at my local church for 6 years. During that time, I worked with elementary school children, toddlers and infants. It is very exciting to watch the children learn new concepts about life at whatever age they are. I enjoy taking care of babies, teaching toddlers new words, and helping the young one's to have a safe and fun playtime, learning new things and having fun while they are learning! While living in the Bay Area of CA, I was also the Preschool Director/Overseer at my church as well as one of their teachers. Additionally, I was a swim coach for novice swimmers on the Read more Redding Swim Team in Northern California and taught private swim lessons for children ranging from 2 years old to 9 years old. I love to see the progress that kids make as they learn new skills! I also co-led a week long summer camps for 2 years. This past year, I was a substitute teacher in Colorado Springs and I am currently looking for a full time nanny job, and that could also be supplemented by occasional date nights from other families as well.
