My name is Alexandra, thanks for viewing my profile :) I find my element to be working in special needs-based care with my experience working alongside kiddos on the spectrum as an elementary school paraprofessional, as well as a previous role with foster/adopted children in treatment for behavioral challenges due to trauma as a Therapeutic Childcare Specialist. With that being said, I have the capability and drive to manage multiple children with different needs at a single time all of the way to a single child with little to no needs. I am open to serving families off all kinds and am flexible with the amount of structure I can provide on a daily basis.
