Hi! My name is Hailey and I am so excited to meet your kiddos! As the oldest of the seven, as well as the oldest cousin, I've had years of experience helping my family as my mother and father were of the middle class. This meant they spent many hours working and I helped out by watching my younger siblings most days. I would also volunteer to help if my aunts and uncles needed help during date nights or just to have a little peace and quite. A few years ago in my college years I also babysat for a family a few nights a week and also held a job working with children. I worked at the YMCA and was able to organize basketball tournaments for the cutest group of 5-8 year old boys you could imagine! Oh how do I miss that job! A few things about me Read more personally is I'm 26 years old and currently 14 weeks pregnant. I was very athletic through my college years, and even still love to get out and play around. I truly enjoy the outdoors (when whether permits) and would love to take your kiddos to the park, to practice their favorite sport, or whatever their little hearts desire. I'm a firm believer in nurturing their little personalities and reminding them they are capable of whatever they put their minds to. I'm also really enjoyed science and math in school if they need help with homework. I actually miss that part of going to class. (: My end goal in starting this business is to have the opportunity to not only spend quality time with your kiddos, but also to establish financial stability away from my current job and be more present in my daughters life when she joins our family in a few months. I also want to ensure a safe environment for not only your children, but my own. One that isn't incredibly expensive either. I've looked into to day care pricing and I'm already frightened by the immense costs. If I can minimize the cost of child care for myself, while being around more for my daughter, and help other families, it seems like a wonderful gift!
