A Colorado native, Bailey Bossow operated as an Executive Administrative Personal Assistant to Bud Knapp, the previous developer of Architectural Digest and Bon Appetite magazines. Graduating as an Organizational Development Consultant and Clinical Nursing Assistant; and is always eager to learn. Owner and Founder of Meraki Enriched – Authentic Consulting in 2020, Bailey has grown a firm to share her experience and industrial knowledge. Bringing to the table business developments, executive administrative standards, audit/intervention programs and change management expertise; services are in high demand to maintain and measure sustainable change initiatives. Bringing experience in finance, hospitality, and marketing; specializing in corporate organizational development and management. As a state champion with the Distributive Education Clubs of America, Bailey is highly adaptable, motivated, and well-versed in decision making and communications.
