I've been a FT nanny for 3 years with experience supporting over 50+ families outside of my regularly scheduled employers. Recently I've been caring for a 2. 5yo during the day and an infant overnight a few days per week. I'm comfortable with multiples and any age! I'm familiar with a variety of childcare approaches but prefer to take a style of caregiving based in teaching socio-emotional competency, clear boundary and consent recognition, healthy emotional regulation, self-awareness, compassion, and clear communication. I can provide tutoring (K-12 AP/Honors/STEM), rudimentary ASL/Spanish/French, meal prep/cooking, and light housekeeping related to the kiddos.
