Mom said I always loved kids & couldn't resist the urge to play with a baby when I saw one (even though I kinda was one myself). Always had a love for kids. Since before middle school, I wanted to be a teacher. Entering HS, began looking for a job. Swimming competitively for 6 yrs of childhood, figured I'd work as a lifeguard, introducing me to swim instructing. Was lucky to find the job b/c I love kids & teaching & could have both while being their swim instructor Graduated from DU.
