Hi! My name is Raquel and I am originally from Denver, Colorado. I am currently a student double majoring environmental science and art. During the summer I work with Steve and Kate's camp as a general camp counselor. Through Steve and Kate’s I am fully background checked, CPR and first aid certified. During the camp season, I specialize in sewing and focusing on guiding kids through the process of creating with the different mediums within the fiber arts. As a care taker, I make it my goal to create a safe, supportive, and sustainable environment for children to understand and explore the world around them.
