We recently hired Abigail to work with our family 8-10 hours/week. She’s a real self-starter and has this level of confidence that brings a sense of calm to myself, and my toddler. Essentially, without saying it, she is saying, “I can handle this. I’m safe. I’ve got you.” (To my toddler). This was evident in my toddlers demeanor as I was walking out the door and she said, “bye-bye” without a second look. :)
