Ashely babysat for our 7 month old son recently. This was our first time using Ashley's services. I enjoyed the following things about Ashley's services: * She communicated well via email and phone * She showed up 15 minutes early * She seemed very attentive when we were giving her the "lowdown" on our kiddo * She seemed to exhibit that nice balance between care for our child, and providing enough structure to our child so that he thrives. Said another way, she didn't over-react to our son's crying, etc, and kept him on the schedule we desired. We will definitely be contacting her again for future baby sitting jobs.
