Hello!! My name is Claire. I have been working with children for as long as I can remember! I graduated from the University of Oregon in June of 2023 with a degree in Psychology. I am planning to get a higher degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health! I have always had a love for children, but my degree has helped to shine a light on the impact that strong and healthy childcare can have on development. I had the opportunity to work in a children's center throughout my undergraduate which allowed me to recognize my love for helping kids grow. I have been working as a Lead Toddler Teacher at a childcare facility in Fort Collins since October of 2023 and am looking to transition into nannying and babysitting for the summer! I am a fun, loving, considerate, and compassionate person who is able to mold to whatever the child needs in a given situation. I hope to make a positive impact on every child I work with. My future aspirations stem from the hope that children can develop in a positive way with the right tools and support. I plan to utilize higher education as a chance to work with intervention and prevention sciences to aid families who struggle with developmental, physical, mental, or behavioral disabilities.
