Hi, my name is Francesca and I love working with children and animals! I just graduated with distinction from CU Boulder as a double major in Linguistics and Italian. I am looking for a part time job for this next year while I continue my education online to pursue a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. My mom was a preschool teacher so I’ve grown up helping her out with kids and tutoring. I am TESOL certified, and I’ve taught in various classrooms and been the director of a summer camp, so I have experience with all age groups! I am extremely organized, realiable, and responsible; I graduated from high school with a 4.3 GPA and from CU with a 3.9 GPA. Married - 29 years. We have 3 children.....25, 22, and 20. I have cared for children since I was a child myself. I continued through middle and high school and into my adult years. I did complete an Early Childhood Education course my senior year of high school and received my certificate for that. I worked in customer service/inside sales for a worldwide manufacturing company in Littleton, Colorado for about 10 years (until our first child was a year old). I then began working at Lakehurst Medical Center and remained there until our second child was born. From there, I have been a stay at home mom and I have also been the office manager for our plumbing company since 2006. I have cared for approximately four families through the care.com website and a couple of others through other avenues. I still remain in contact with all of these families. I truly love being in the company of little ones, especially infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Watching them grow, learn, and experience new things is so exciting and rewarding to be a part of. The smiles, giggles, and cuddles have a way of brightening the day. I do have a certificate in early childhood education but I would say the majority of my experience has come from my extensive babysitting background at a young age and having three of my own children as well as the many families I have had the opportunity to nanny for. It is also something that just comes so natural to me. I am looking for part-time care positions that would allow me to still be available for my family and our business. I enjoy photography, reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and children.

I have completed my years of an Aupair in the US and continue my journey in childcare as much as I can. I am CPR+ First Aid qualified. I have previously volunteered at a preschool assisting in the classrooms with creative activities and read some books for quite time as well as creating energetic and fun games for outside and keeping their brains stimulated with learning activities and games.
