Hello! I like to be called Ara (short for Barbara) and I go by they/them pronouns. :) I’m a postpartum doula working on getting certified through DONA. I’m also a personal trainer, a licensed massage therapist, and a mom of a sweet 5 year old. I’ve been slowly gathering everything I’ve learned over the years and turn it into a practice/business. I’d love to work with some families part-time and/or occasionally while I continue putting together the details of my future career. Before I became a mom I’ve had many years of experience working with kids as a babysitter, nanny, art studio teacher, a daycare teacher assistant, and face painter!
